This cross country race in Serre Chevalier takes place on Sunday Feb 5th 2012, and takes place in Monêtier-les-Bains (les Guibertes), just 6km from the Hotel.
The race caters for all age groups and registration is open until the preceding Friday.

The Trail Blanc of Serre Chevalier is taking place on the 8th Jan 2012. This will be the 11th year of the competition that sees hundreds of compitors pit their abilities against the frozen terrain of Serre Chevalier.
Registration prior to the 1st of December 2011 is €25, and €30 thereafter. Runners can pick up their race materials on Saturday 7th, more details are on this site:
Snowkiting has a long history, going back to the 1960′s when Dieter Strasillamade combined a paraglider with a pair of skis. Today’s materials this exciting sport more accessible, and to see some of the best snowkiter in the world, the SnowKite Masters in Serre Chevalier is the place to go.
The fun starts on Saturday 7 January, with registration and continues to Sunday 15 January, finishing with the French Championship Freestyle.

Rock on Snowboard Tour is coming to Serre Chevalier on the 18 of December 2011, the Rock on Snowboard is a chance for snowboarders, beginners and experts, to test out the latest snowboarding gear from the 2012 product lines.

Looking up the slopes from the Grand hotel in Serre Chevalier on the 26th October we were met with a delightful sight. The first snow of the winter season 2011-2012. Time to dust off and wax up the ski’s.
